Agreement to Our Legal Terms

We are Review Intelligence ("we," "us," or "our"). We operate the website https://reviewintelligence.app (the "Site") and our SaaS platform (the "Services").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Services immediately.

1. Our Services

Review Intelligence is a SaaS platform that analyzes Google Play and App Store reviews for app developers. It uses AI to generate insights including health scores, complaint breakdowns, competitor intelligence, and smart reply suggestions to help developers understand and act on user feedback. Our Services are intended for personal and internal business use only.

Users must be 18 years or older to use the Services.

2. Subscriptions

We offer the following subscription plans:

  • Free: $0/month
  • Starter: $39/month or $35/month (billed annually)
  • Growth: $89/month or $80/month (billed annually)
  • Enterprise: $199/month or $179/month (billed annually)

Subscriptions automatically renew monthly or annually based on your chosen plan. You may cancel at any time by logging into your account settings.

3. Payments

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. All payments are processed in US dollars via Stripe. We do not store your payment card information.

No Refunds. All purchases are final and non-refundable. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us at 19jessy.brown@gmail.com within 7 days.

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services
  • Reverse engineer, copy, or resell the Services
  • Upload malicious code or interfere with the Services
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. AI-Generated Content

Our Services use AI (powered by Anthropic Claude) to generate insights, summaries, and suggested replies. You acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated content may not always be accurate
  • You are responsible for reviewing AI output before acting on it
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy of any AI-generated analysis

6. Intellectual Property

The Services and all content, features, and functionality are owned by Review Intelligence and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Services without our written permission.

7. Third-Party Services

Our Services integrate with third-party services including Stripe (payments), Supabase (database), Anthropic (AI), and Vercel (hosting). Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR LIABILITY TO YOU IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

10. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact us at 19jessy.brown@gmail.com and attempt to resolve the matter informally for 30 days. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration in Delaware, United States.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware.

12. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you by email at least 30 days before changes take effect. Continued use of the Services after that date constitutes acceptance.
