How often are my reviews analyzed?

Once every 24 hours when you open your dashboard — repeat visits the same day show the cached result instead of re-analyzing, so you're never paying for the same work twice.

Can I change plans at any time?

Yes. Upgrades apply immediately. Downgrades and cancellations apply from your next billing cycle.

What happens if I remove an app by mistake?

You can reconnect it any time — but that app slot has a 30-day cooldown before it can be used for a different app, so removing and re-adding apps can't be used to get extra analysis beyond your plan.

Why does the review cap differ from "reviews analyzed" on my dashboard?

Your plan's cap (e.g. 300 for Starter) is the size of each daily analysis batch. The dashboard's "new reviews" number shows how many arrived in whichever time window you're viewing — a smaller number there doesn't mean less was analyzed.

Do unused reply generations roll over?

No — your monthly pool resets on your billing date. Add-on packs never expire, so those are worth buying if you know you'll need a burst of replies later.

Do you offer a free trial on paid plans?
